The show was a success, with a performance by Australian comedy group Tripod and the announcement that the beta version of Windows 7 is available for download. 

We started the show with a series of text messages that Ballmer received from his celebrity friends with hiw new Windows Mobile phone. The group is testing a new cell phone donation system in Atlanta and Columbus, OH, where people can donate five dollars by texting a code to a designated number. The donation is added on to the donor's cell phone bill. 

The Online Red Kettle program, currently in its fourth year, has a new Facebook component this season which enables people to add a widget to their pages and track donations from friends and family.

		<title><![CDATA[THE BEAUTY OF SUCCESS]]></title>

We brought the theme, "The Year of Living Dangerously," to life through a Pro-Beauty fashion show, keynotes and video that encouraged the audience of more than 700 store directors to keep driving towards new sales goals. One of the best parts of the four-day event was the awards ceremony, which recognized the Sephora employees who had gone above and beyond in the previous year.
